God has a way of quieting us with His love.  The world around us keeps spinning, but somehow you’ve ended up on the sidelines watching others succeed and be blessed. You feel left out.  Be patient. God has not forgotten about you, He hasn’t forgotten the dreams and visions He placed on your heart.  Listen to what He has to say to you…

Why would you ever complain, O Jacob,
   or, whine, Israel, saying,
“God has lost track of me.
He doesn’t care what happens to me”?
Don’t you know anything? Haven’t you been listening?
God doesn’t come and go. God lasts.
He’s Creator of all you can see or imagine.
He doesn’t get tired out, doesn’t pause to catch his breath.
And he knows everything, inside and out.
He energizes those who get tired,
   gives fresh strength to dropouts.
For even young people tire and drop out,
young folk in their prime stumble and fall.
But those who wait upon God get fresh strength.
They spread their wings and soar like eagles,
They run and don’t get tired,
they walk and don’t lag behind.

 Isaiah 40:31

What a right one time verse I needed to hear that one on yesterday sis my emotions was so in an uproar that I was feeling as though God was not close to me. And though I knew He was my feelings felt like He was not…But thanks be to GOD I have a husband who loves me enough to comfort and pray for me…

Hi Christine, thanks for stopping by and commenting. I think I’ve been where you’re at and still go there sometimes. God knows what’s in you’re heart, and He knows exactly what will bring you out. The waiting is agonizing, I know. The only thing I know for sure is that if you keep holding onto God’s hand, you will be blessed one way or another! I am praying that for you, Christine. God bless!

I used to be very active, but was caught up with an inexplinable spinal cord bleeding. The surgery left me stuck in my chair, spastic, and the pain and discomforts never left me, not a single second. Even when im on a very strong pain killer.its been almost 3 years now. I solely depend on God’s word for help. I dunno how i survive and live another day. But somehow, God gave me peace amidst the freaking pain. Sometimes, i still get scared when i cant breathe when my body gets too spastic. But when read God’s word, i become fine again. Now, i only live for the moment, submitting myself to God’s plan.

Hi Jay, thanks for stopping by and sending your comment. I truly can empathize with you-the spasticity and all. “I solely depend on God’s word for help.” Yes, I totally get that. Having a disability makes you clearly see how much we need the Lord. God bless you, Jay. You will be in my prayers :)
