“Yet I still belong to you; you hold my right hand.” Psalm 73:23
Sometimes I really feel like a gigantic failure. These words help me keep ground. I cling to and recite them back to the Lord when things just don’t make sense. There are many times when I don’t even know what to pray. I have a friend who takes the last part of this verse literally, and I absolutely have to do the same; God tells us that He holds us by the right hand… so whenever we’re left speechless or bewildered, we tightly grasp our right hand. It’s just tremendously comforting to know He is there. We own our dependence and obligations only because of the compassionate grace of God.
Through all of the crosses of life, God has continually been with me! In times when things get tough and temptation almost succeeds to lure me away, His spirit ALWAYS grabs me and brings me back to Him. His presence has always been with me. He protects me… that I should not desert him or fly off from him, and to prevent my sinking and fainting under my burdens, or losing my way in the wildernesses through which I have walked.
“But as for me, I almost lost my footing. My feet were slipping, and I was almost gone. For I envied the proud when I saw them prosper despite their wickedness.” Psalm 73:2-3
The faith even of strong believers may sometimes be sorely shaken and ready to fail them. There are storms that will try the firmest anchors. This is called an Eclipse of Faith. Those that shall never be quite undone are sometimes very near it, and in their own apprehension, as good as gone. Anyway, I woke to this song playing in my mind…

It’s my passion to write about my personal experiences to make you realize that Almighty God is indeed in the intricate details of your life. Mostly I am here to share things I’ve learned so far in my “race of faith” with you. I am here to encourage you, and let you know that there is hope...
