Hi, I hope everyone had a great and blessed Christmas.

The busyness, and hustle and bustle of having my Birthday (40th birthday), Anniversary, and Christmas, seems to be over; and I’m ready to get down to business…Kingdom Business.

There is so much joy in my spirit. For the last few days I’ve had this song in my head, “I know who I am, I know who I am, I know who I am… I am Yours, I am Yours.” Do you know which one I mean? Anyway, it’s a great thing to have a song of praise on your lips in your first waking moments, and all throughout the day.

I live in the Northeast, and because of the crazy weather and icy conditions…we missed church last week. So I was anticipating our church service yesterday; I really missed church. For me, church is exciting—a party! There is definitely something great that happens when believers are together in unity blessing and singing praise to our Lord. Praise is the key; it’s definitely a great exchange, where God gives us His strength and joy in place of our sorrows, pain, fears, worries or concerns, or whatever… Yesterday, there was a guest speaker at our church, and the message he gave was so exciting an encouraging. I was taking notes while he was speaking, and just knew it was something I should post on my blog to encourage you. So in my own words, I will try to relay this message to you…

In my spirit, and among so many others… He also believes that we need to warn people that God is at the door. We are getting closer to His return, and 2008 is nothing compared to what we will see in 2009. Although the world will be anxious and fearful of things to come, we as believers need not to be afraid because we are in the palm of God’s hand, and He will take care of us as long as we trust Him. What was really being stressed are the words of James 4:8, “Draw close to God, and He will draw close to you.”

God said this is the year we will clearly see manifestations of the Holy Spirit. There are many people that are weighed down with problems (it may be your health, financial problems…etc), and those problems may have lingered for a long time…to where hope of them ever going away is lost. God wants you to live again. There will be a fresh touch from heaven in 2009.

Here’s another scripture that was given… “So I say, let the Holy Spirit guide your lives. Then you won’t be doing what your sinful nature craves.” Galatians 5: 16

The Good News will be preached all over the world…there will be a great revival. Everyone will see the goodness of the Lord. The church will begin to look like the answer to many in the world, but let me make this clear… God will never override anyone’s will.

Very exciting stuff! What a great way to end 2008.
