“And the good news about the Kingdom will be preached throughout the whole world, so that the nations will hear it; and then the end will come.” Matthew 24:14

This has been occurring many years. There is no doubt about it…We’re living in the end times; although my Bible tells me that the end times began at Pentecost (When the Holy Spirit came). Everyday we are getting closer – you can undoubtedly see some of the scriptures that are prophesying the end times coming true right before our very eyes.

I can’t remember where I heard or read this, but I think it’s a very good way of putting things into perspective: Jesus says the end will come after the Good News is preached all over the world, and we know from scripture, that Satan’s strategy is to attempt destroying the work of Christ and His church, and make the hearts of many turn from God. He will do this through deception and lies; look at the media…shall I say more? He is the one responsible for removing God from our schools, government, society, and even our churches? His battle plan from the start was to counterfeit everything God does. Satan can imitate some parts of God’s work and lead people astray. But please be aware of this: No miracle truly from God would endorse anything that is contrary to the Word of God.

“But terror will come on the earth and sea, for the devil has come down to you in great anger, knowing that he has little time.” Revelation 12:12

Satan’s work is becoming more intense. Scripture says he knows what “little time” he has; but even though he is very powerful, he’s always under God’s control. Knowing the last great confrontation with Jesus is near; He is desperately trying to recruit as great an enemy force as possible.

Satan is counterattacked…”The Good News will be preached throughout the world.” We have Christian radio, Christian television, and in the past 10-15 years, we have the internet by means of reaching people.

I feel very privileged, humbled, and yet I am honored to be a small part of God’s masterful plan. Here I am (little ole me)… reaching out to others all over the world with God’s Word. And you, my blogger friends, are doing the same thing. Each of us is different, but God knows what each individual needs to hear…and from who they need to hear it from. Isn’t that just too great for us to really understand?

And you on the other side of the computer, are maybe learning about God for the first time, rededicating yourself to God, changing your belief system, witnessing to others, deepening your relationship with God, growing in the knowledge of God’s Word…and the list goes on. My point is that multitudes of us are being touched somehow by the Good News.

Nobody knows the exact time He will return. Let me end today’s post with this…”Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and the Son, and the Holy Spirit. Teach these new disciples to obey all the commands I have given you. And be sure of this: I am with you always, even to the end of the age.” Matthew 28:19:20

Remember: We have all received gifts that we can use to help fulfill this great commission.
